You can be refunded at any point upon request as long as we have not protested for you or completed the work for the protest.

You can switch to another consultant or decide do it yourself at any point until we protest – at that point, you can be refunded based on if we don’t save you money (if we lose your case).
However, if we win your case, you will only receive at best a partial refund (we subtract the fee of 25% of savings from your deposit).
