Data Handling
We do not store you credit card data; all data is processed through a 3rd party provider. Any information you provide us for use in your protests will be marked as ARB-Confidential, which protects interior pictures, income and expense statements, etc. However, you should generally expect that data provided will become public record in going through the protest process.
Who we share your data with
Only service providers who help us with various tasks critical to helping you have your data – ie, MailChimp, WordPress, WooCommerce, Paypal, etc. Sensitive information (credit card info) is not stored by us at all.
