The EZPropTax refund policy is a full money-back guarantee up until you have created a protest that is run through our system. If you have run the protest through and are not happy with the result, email info@ezproptax.com and we will work with you to address the issue or, if all else fails, refund you partially or in full.
To be eligible for a return, you must not have attempted to run multiple properties (more than 1) through the system. If you have, a partial refund will be issued or the situation may be decided on a case by case basis.
